Wonder why you asked, anyway: a biggie is mistreating pets when child or teen is "stressed" or just for "fun".
Bullying others, can be seen in later years in men and women who interestingly enough, are still bullies. And worse yet are cowards at accepting someone else's bullying or dominance over them. Watch for that. They crumble.
Not following through, lacking responsibility can be dangerous for those involved (school, bus driver, etc) doing what PLEASES the individual instead of the person thinking about OTHERS and the results of irresponsibility. This can be with drugs, money (not paying bills a sign of sociopathy)booze and gambling. Lack of responsibility tells another loved one or associate: I don't CARE. That's bad.
Not having empathy for others, no sympathy. Not necessarily "cold" but indifferent, worse.
Ignoring a pet's or child's or aging adult's needs. Preferring to blame the child, blame the adult, punishing privately in many ways, ignoring dietary needs, medical needs, social needs. Oddly cooperative and very friendly to staff, doctors and others when around, clever. I'ts called manipulation.
A biggie, the previous one and this one: dishonesty repeated LYING. Since childhood, pathological liar. Very hard to treat.
All manipulative behaviors have some sociopathic elements, not all manipulation is wrong or "bad" but most is and unecessary. You might have to manipulate to get an uncooperative person to do something that is for the better of ALL. Usually self respecting and clear thinking adults don't rely on manipulating others. That can too be dangerous and cause lots of pain for those involved.
Avoidance of people and desire to discredit them, harbor ill feelings even distort the other, gossip which is NOT harmless. Can be dangerous and lead to great pain.
Inability to identify with pain of others is a real clue. Inappropriate laughing when person should really be responding with either sadness or disbelief. Laughing at things that are NOT normally funny or laughing at someone ELSE's expense, cruelty. A real clue, don't ignore that, run from someone who does these things, they will NOT get better and will inflict lots of pain. ON OTHERS.
Secretive, not empathetic, cruel, a bully, inappropriate responses, lack of caring. A lot of these and more. Just a layman but had Abnormal Psych 101. Could be a better answer somewhere. This is a start.

Unlawful behavior.
Risky behavior.
Impulsiveness, failure to plan ahead.
Superficial charm.
Failure to empathise with others.
Disregard for the safety of others.
Lack of moral conviction, no conscience, believes the rules don't apply to him or her.
Deceitfulness, lying.
Lack of respect for authority.

Childhood history of truancy, stealing, lying, fire setting, hurting animals or other people for fun, forcing others into sexual behavior.

The DSM-IV calls it Antisocial Personality Disorder. The International Classification of DIseases also calls it Asocial Personality and Misanthropy. It's more common in men, but some women have it.

In childhood, it's called Conduct Disorder. If someone has the same kind of behavior after the age of 18, it's considered Antisocial Personality DIsorder. Oppositional Defiant Disorder is similar to to Conduct Disorder, but is not as severe.

Lots of major criminals would probably fit this profile. Charles Manson or Ted Bundy seem like classic sociopaths to me.

fake friendliness, seeing people as objects to exploit for your own good, promiscuity, not caring about people's feelings, feeling that you are better than anyone else....you can look it up on the internet too ♥

btw sociopaths are products of broken homes and stuff like pverty where they feel 'each for his own', and psychopaths are born that way. Sociopaths are not the ones who go crazy ax murdering people. lol

Read "The Sociopath Next Door." I can't remember the author's name, but you could find it on amazon or barnes and nobles. Not only is it an entertaining read, but it's really informative.
