30 minutes of biking is = 200 calories depending on speed etc. You will need to watch your diet, I don't recommend anything more then a 500 calorie reduction a day in combination with diet and exercise.

Normal diet is about 1800 calories a day on average. So if you want to llose 500 calories a day, do your 1/2 hour on the bike then cut your diet to about 1500 calories. This should give you abbout 1 lb a week. So it will take 10 weeks to loose your 10lbs.

First, if you are in need to loose weight, check with your doctor. Do a BMI if you are betweehn 15 and 25 you are normal.

to lose weight you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for 45min on average because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat.
dont count calories burned (there is no way you can know that precisely) - count only how many calories a day you consume and make sure its healthy amount otherwise your weight loss will be temporary.

you can get estimates, but no true answer due to the fact every body is different on how it will lose weight. but just keep at it, and i recommend putting it infront of the tv or have a book handy to keep your occupied.
