small penis to me is one that is short, under 5 or 6 inches, one that is skinny whether long or short. And it kind of matters but there are some girls out there who say oh it dosent matter its how you use it and he can use his hands and all this deal, i dont really believe that but if thats ok with them then there you go. But i think size, a larger thicker one is more appealing in looks and can please better.

Much like beauty, size is in the eye of the beholder. The size of a man's penis does not make the man nor does it guarantee that he is a good lover just as the size of a woman's breasts do not make her any more or any less beautiful. For example, a man could be well endowed, yet not know what the hell he is doing other than wasting my time if he doesn't know what he is doing.
For the matter of do we care? Most intelligent women worth your time would over look something as trivial and shallow as penis size or lack there of. I can only speak for myself, but I look at the overall man, not just one specific attribute that may/may not be relevant.
From my daily interactions with both sexes, it is my impression that men are more concerned with this topic than women are.

see, I think length is more important - so I guess this is a good lesson for you - each girl is different so you are going to have to learn to "read" each girl. I say under 6 inches is small & if you are small then you need to learn some fun techniques
So size really doesn't matter IF you can make up for the small size with some real energy and technique. :) Guess you can have fun working it out.

I'll be honest. To me, size does matter.
As far as what is small and what is big or medium depends on how tight a woman is. I may have a hard time with one man but another may find he is ok for her.

Well, 5 inches is the average so under that would be on the small side. That's okay though just get good with your hands. And be very attentive to what she likes and needs and you'll be fine. No sweat, seriously. :-)

the average size is 6 inches anything 3-5 is considered small & it shouldnt matter, if you know how to use it

Ignore the smart-a$$ remarks. You're normal in everything you described. In fact, you're probably starting early and are bigger than your friends. Talk to your dad or your brother. They won't mind and will be glad to help you.

When rested 3 in. When standing at attention 5 in.And if you really love the guy, size doesn't matter, if he uses it right!

I've been told a bigger one is preferred but its mainly about the width not the lenght.
And generally if you have a small lenght you have a bigger width so congratulations

Size doesn't matter unless you're super tiny (2-3 inches) or super large. Super large hurts, and super tiny doesn't do anything for stimulation.
