If you open a bottle of wine and don't drink all of it and you save it and forget about it for a while and it goes bad and you drink it, will you get sick or will it just taste bad?

Wine does not promote the growth of pathogenic bacteria. It will only go sour. Won't hurt you, but will taste pretty awful.

I drunk a bottle of Hungarian wine Egri Bikaver, and I felt like Cossaks were riding on my head.

It'll taste bad, and you might barf. But it won't make you seriously sick. You just barf from the taste.

It's probably turning to vinegar.you won't drop over from it.
