Correct reverse sneezing, your dog is fine. Ignore the comments about not affording a vet, if all the pet owners who could not afford a vet, gave up there pets, what would happen to all the pets? That is why there is low cost pet clinics! Some people need to mind there own business! Best Wishes to you, and enjoy your dog!

He might have eat ed something, or could have a cold! Does he have any discharge comeing from his nose, or eyes? If so it could be cold. How old is he, if he is older he could have heart worms. in any case you need to save up and take him to the vet. Call around, some vets will let you make payments!

Stop the whining and excuses. If you can't afford a dog you have no business having one. And Animal Control feels the same way. They will take your dog away from you if you don't provide proper care for him.
It is his RIGHT BY LAW to receive proper medical attention. To deny him that is abuse. So get a second job or do whatever it takes to pay the bills, but get that dog to the vet!
