What type of foods are the best for breakfast, the best for lunch, and the best for dinner? I've heard that if you eat certain types of food at certain times of the day that you can lose weight. Is that true?

complex carbs are best for breakfast like old fashioned oatmeal with flax seeds and egg whites or with nuts and dried fruit. I also like whole wheat pita pockets with grilled chicken and veggies. complex carbs give you energy.
protein is best for dinner because it repairs muscle - like grilled or boiled chicken or turkey breast with steamed veggies or fresh salad, legumes and soy products are good sources of protein as well.

No, the only true way of losing weight is by eating healthy and exercising. You should eat protein with each meal, along with vegetables and fruit.Don't be fooled by diet pills, fat burners, etc. They don't work, if they did then we wouldn't have an obesity epidemic.
