There is this boy I like who knows I like him, and I'm not sure whether he likes me or not. I've been thinking about what I should do at the end of the school year. (outside of school) hes very shy. should I:
a. hug him
b. kiss him on the cheek
c. take his picture
i dont want to be too flirty, but at least he can think its cute.

None of the above. If he is very shy, those things will embarrass him and make him very nervous around you.
Just be direct, and ask him if he likes you. If he does, then you can make plans to do things during the summer.

Kiss him on the cheek. If it goes over awkward, you still have the whole summer for you both to get over it. If not, he'll really get the picture and hopefully, at the very least, you'll find out how he feels about you. I think hugging him and taking his picture are too informal; you need something bold to show him you're interested.

All of the above....ask him if he wants to take a picture with you, and after you take the picture give him a hug and then a kiss on the cheek as a thank-you. Its being forward without being too obvious. Good luck!

Don't KISS! What the hell that would probably freak him out.
If he already knows, ask him if he likes you. Or, you don't have to ask, just take the picture, then go up to him and reach out like you are GOING to hug, but then pull back. Act embarrased, like you think he doesn't like you. Study his reaction. He may act shy, hug you, or blush. That is a sign he likes you. If he freezes or looks at you oddly, then he might not like you. Then, go from there based on his reaction.

All three and have someone take the picture of you two together, and when they have taken the picture say Thanks, give him a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Have a nice summer vacation.
