This is still a virtual unknown. Scientists have dug pretty big holes in the ground, and have come to the conclusion that molten basalt, or similar, fills the centre of the Earth.
There is another theory, not based on scientific enquiry at all, which says that the centre is hollow, and that there are entrances at the poles to this place, and that's where the UFOs all come from.
There is yet another theory that the world is flat, is surrounded by an enormous magical field, sits on four elephants who are in turn standing on a turtle, whose name is . . . . oh! forget it.

Molten. If it were a hole the weight of the rock above would cave it in. Anyway, there are ways to know what is inside. Small variations in the orbits of satellites and even the Moon can be used to calculate how much mass is inside. The way earthquake waves travel, as measured by the world wide network of seismographs, can be used in a way similar to sonar to make a detailed picture of the entire inside of the Earth. They all say it is full all the way to the very center, no hole. We can't know for sure what the material is, but we know its density. It is as dense as iron.

The center of the earth holds solid materials such as iron. If there was a big hole the earth would crumble in. The iron and other materials are solid due to all the pressure exerted on it.

There's no such thing as an "empty" hole, but the the inner core is believed to be composed primarily of a nickel-iron alloy. The outer core is the liquid part.

Earth scientists have determined that thea core of the earth is very hot, molten magma- like the lava you see coming out of active volcanos. It's not empty.

Hypothetically speaking, particular. yet basically after an excellent type of rocking around the centre. you may shoot previous the centre due on your momentum from the fall, and attain tremendously much the comparable top you have been at in the previous falling in, yet then gravity could take over and you will fall flow into opposite returned. After each fall, you will lose some momentum, until you're caught on the centre of the planet.

It is molten and it has a lot of Iron and (another element). That iron is the reason why earth doesn't fly away from its orbit.
