attempt the michael thurmond approach of eating six small nutrition an afternoon combining a protein and a carb and each and all the greens you prefer. Dont quit eating! That backfires simply by fact ultimately your physique will rebel, you prefer to coach your physique right into a fat burning device, so eating small nutrition stokes your metabolism, combine this with like an hour of cardio like speedy strolling or strolling and it will actually soften off. It worked for me:) and the best element is that it will stay off,its a life form no longer a eating ordinary. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it loses the load in simple terms as speedy as a eating ordinary. An occasion menu could be this. breakfast: a million/2 c oatmeal, a million/2 banana, 2 egg whites snack:2oz chicken, a million cup vegetables lunch: 3oz chicken or fish or turkey, a million/2 cup rice, a million-2 cups vegetables snack: a million apple, 2 ozturkey or chicken dinner: 3 ozchicken, a million/2 cup rice, a million-2 cups vegetables snack:a million cup berries drink 8-10 glasses of water and you're good to pass!

Throw away that nasty old scale and use your eyes and those of a good friend. If you excercies regularly, you have more muscle mass that do some of your flabbier peers. Since muscle is more dense than flab (translate fat), you can have less fat and weigh more. If so, you're in great shape!
Thirteen year old girls are notoriously bad at assessing their own looks. Have a very good friend (actaully, your mother or older sister might be even better) look you over while you are striped down to the bikini level and tell you whether there is really anything there to lose. I'm willing to bet that there isn't!

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I guarantee if you stop drinking sodas (pop), you will drop the little extra weight that you don't like. Drink water instead. I have to point out, however, that you are still growing and should not go on any kind of strict weight-loss diet. Eat healthy, keep up the good work on the exercise (no, you don't need to add more) and enjoy yourself.

weight is relative to height. Try to cut back on sugar and snacks. Eat 6 small meals each day to level out your blood sugar and keep your energy up. Take a walk or ride a bike. You will see a difference in no time!

You haven't said how tall you are. If you're about 5'3" or taller, or you plan on growing to that height, you shouldn't lose weight!
Anyway - don't eat any doughnuts, cupcakes, candy. Don't drink sodas or colas.

When people say you're too young to lose weight, they're right. Its because you will have growth spurts and when you have them you will look "thinner". And don't look at weight charts because they are made for adults and not for kids because your body's always changing.
