Midge dear, it is not a commandment. It is your perfectly good choice. But religions are a man made thing. They try to tell you in certain religions, that God will not accept you if you do this or don't do that. I can tell you that the only commandments God gave other than the ten, were to love the Lord thy God, and to love your neighbor (everybody) as yourself. I also can tell you, the religions that throw in all these other things aren't so great. God makes it easy---accept Jesus as your savior. Religions make it hard: raise your hands, no--don't, wear a suit to church, no--don't have too. ON and ON. Read your bible, find a Bible believing church, and look out for hypocrisy by these new religions, and bad, yes, BAD clergymen.

That's commandment number 31, subsection G, appendix 1.2.
Not to be confused with commandment 32, which was just repealing commandment 29.

The only thing I could think of would be if your parents sent you an email and you didn't receive it... that would be breaking the commandment to honor your parents. Other than that, um, that's pretty dumb.

That's probably just smack, said by some computer geek. Kind of like some sports fans might say you are blaspheming if you say their team is going to lose. I don't think Jesus had email. Probably just some dork's poor attempt at wit.

Number 37894. Thou shalt receive e-mail so anonymous people can annoy you in private when they don't have enough guts to reply to your questions in public.
But, if you are going to send messages to others, you should also accept messages.
