I am at a very young age, and I am so terrified of getting arthritis! My family tells me I will be fine, but I'm still paranoid. Can you please help me get my mind off of it? Because every time I have a pain in my hand or foot, I directly think it's arthritis.

In all types of arthritis, the area around a joint, such as the wrist, knee, or elbow, can become red, swollen, and tender to the touch. It may also feel warm.

People who have arthritis report that their condition limits both the physical and social aspects of their lives. Arthritis may affect their ability to bend, lift, or grasp objects, or walk more than a short distance.

Make sure you eat a healthy diet and avoid junk food and soda pops. Drink purified water and exercise every day. These things will help prevent arthritis. I also recommend you take a good quality Multi vitamin every day to replenish what leaves your body daily.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now. If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine. Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid. And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again. I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen. It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis. Today, I want to do the same for you!

I am guessing you have JRA,(Juvenille Rhuematoid Arthiritis) I was diagnosed with it at age 12. It is now in remission and I am fully active now, I jog about 3 miles a day and I am a top athlete in High School Sports. Most cases of JRA go away and if not are very treatable.
