Has she had her first heat cycle? Was she exposed to any males during this time?
At that age, it's unhealthy for her to be pregnant. There will likely be serious complications, and your dog may never be able to get pregnant again.
Dogs often go through false pregnancies, a trait leftover from wolves. Symptoms are increased appetite and weight gain.
The vet can tell after a few weeks; there isn't a doggie pregnancy test out yet. In short, go to the vet.

Well for starters when was her last heat cycle?? Vets cannot tell until she is about 30-35 days along. Seriously you should consider spaying her after she has the pups as it is very complicating on such a youngin to have pups!!

Take her to the vet for an ultrasound and advice on pre-natal care (if she's pregnant) as well as how to look after a litter of new-borms.

The only wayt o be absolutely sure is to take her to the vets.
Otherwise you should notice after teh 1st month that she is gaining weight also you may notice her nipple getting biggerbut this can also a sign of false pregnancy

well i would think that it would be any way that you would tell that any other pet is pregnant. see if its stomach is getting bigger if it is take it to the vet and get it checked out

you can understand it just after 1 month after...;-) She will be more fat and puppies will move inside (it's cool to touch it) :-)
