My boyfriend is allergic to latex, is it true that non-latex brand condoms dont last as long and break real easily. If so what do we do?

unless one of you has an std then just get on the pill....He'll be alot happier anyway

There are non-latex condoms and some of them can break easily - sheep skin for example. There are other materials of condoms that can be used. I would avoid sheep skin though - they are less effective at preventing pregnancy.

Are you sure he is allergic to latex? Most people who say they are allergic to latex are actually allergic to powders typically associated with latex.

Get on the pill, buy the non-latex brand, you use protection, all very good choices. If none of them work, then your a mother or don't have sex.

get like the lambskin. they work, my ex- was allergic to latex and we just used the lambskin. i wasnt on the pill or anything.. and im not pregant. latex condoms have basically the same amount of protection.

You need to be on the pill if condoms are not used, for your safety. He needs to use non-latex condoms for your protection, then you don't have to worry about breakage. lol.

do you know for a fact hes allergic cuz hes probably lien and if hes broken out with something hes prob got something and tryn to cover it up with im allergic for your safety get him tested and if hes clear then you can get on birth control

Watch out for lambskin that can pass hiv and other diseases. Do a lot more research then just ask questions on here.

get on the pill... dont have sex till you have been on it at LEAST a month
