Do you yell at the driver ahead of you, do you race up beside the other car and flip the bird, do you honk the horn all the time, do you tailgate, answer yes to any of these and you have a problem, not only would you be a dangerous hazard to others, but also to yourself and passengers, the best way to avoid road rage is to leave a little earlier for your destination and take your time, relax and enjoy the drive.

If you think you have a problem with road rage, then you probably do...
I have been there, and done that(slamming on the steering wheel, yelling inside my car, cursing) and it is a lesson in futility, besides being harmful to yourself and others.
Just let it go, and realize, unless you own a helicopter, everyone is also stuck in the same situation...
Car-pooling, taking the bus, even walking or riding a bike may help(if any of it is feasible)

if you constanly find yourself yelling at other drivers on how to drive, or find yourself cutting off people or giving the bird is a good sign that you have road rage, and if you think you have it you most likely do
