In my area today, the local police pulled over a van suspected of Human Smuggling. 12 illegal alien invaders poured out. The police called ICE. They came, arrested two, and let the other 10 go, stating they did not have the manpower or jail space for anymore! I saw them walking down the highway. There was a helicopter overhead. When I came home from work, I found out the helicopter was the local news.
So what! It happens everyday. You can report an illegal to the INS. They may actually come around, pick him up, order him to leave the country (yeah, that's deportation), and then let him go.
He'll still be in the country, though, and likely very unhappy with you.
