I think because rotting flesh doesn't talk.
When you can show me a soul, a spirit, or logically explain how a deceased person can manipulate your throat and larynx to form words, I may believe otherwise.

Probably because you had the bible there. Seones are evil and of the devil. Don't do it anymore. You are inviting the devil into your house and into your life if you do seances. Please don't ever do it. Those evil spirits are capable of causing you more grief than you can imagine. If you want to talk to someone on the other side, pray to God. Pray to the Heavenly Father and end it in the name of Jesus Christ. Get closer to the other side by living the gospel of Christ and the ten commandments. That is the best thing you can do.

Seances are bad energy. For it to "work" would have created even more bad energy. The Bible neutralized it all.

The bible explicitly tells us to avoid trying to make contact with the dead. The reason is that you aren't actually speaking to your dead relative or friend. If you speak to anything during a seance, it would be a demonic entity. Run from anything smacking of witchcraft.
