Ha, sorry it's been a while since I took spanish...what does que pasa mean?

What happen? = ¿Qué pasa?
What is happening? = ¿Qué está pasando?
What happened? = ¿Qué pasó?

NOT in every Hispanic country ¿Qué pasa? means "What's up!"
-What's up! = ¿Qué hay? - ¿Qué hubo? - ¿Qué onda? - ¿Qué fue? - ¿Qué tal?
