What are the benefits of green tea and does it matter what kind you use?

i believe all kinds are the same but you should stay away from sweetened ones; I like mine plain and its an off brand kind of green tea; It offers sooo many benefits in that its an antioxident and it has also been "shown" to be a "cancer buster" i'm not fully aware of the last statement but it tastes great very low in caffeine and has also been shown to aid in weight loss so why not give it a try?!

Both green and black tea are loaded with antioxidants and have been found to be quite healthy.

Each type of tea is made from the same plant, but differs in how they are processed. Processing differences result in varying tastes and level of antioxidants among the types. Black tea contains the least amount of antioxidants and white tea the most.
