a little bowl of cereal, 2 bagels with butter on them, watermelon, an apple, and a couple of chips?

most things come with nutrition facts on them....

you ate an entire watermelon?

cereal = 80, bagels= 150, butter= 40, watermelon= 50, apple- 80, chips - 40, total= 440

cereal with milk is at least 200cal
bagels are 260cal each plus butter will put you at 600cal
watermelon is about 100cal a cup
apple is about 80cal
chips - 50cal
so thats over 1000cal - which is not enough for anyone, not even the smallest person
there are no veggies or protein

cereal, I'm assuming with milk: 100+
bagels: 200+ EACH
watermelon: (how much?) maybe 75
apple: 75-100
chips: 25

total: 675 or a bit more
