Google light sensitivity and see what vitamins are needed.

Search NaturalEyeCare.com. This will list what you need to be taking in the form of foods or vitamins or minerals that are missing.

Go back to using your sunglasses and natural tears a couple of times a day. And get the appropriate supplements.

I have had this before and it will change quickly once you up your vitamin intake.

First call an Ophthalmologist not and Optometrist. The Ophthalmologist is a Medical Doctor. There could be something medical wrong with your eyes. Then do the above while you are waiting for the appointment.

Johnny, it's time to have your eyes examined. Your tired eyes could be the result of squinting, straining and excessive blinking to compensate for a focusing error. The same out-of-focus condition may also cause additional glare when you go outside without sunglasses.

Have your eyes examined and be sure to tell the doctor of your problem.
