Mash an avocado, then mix a couple of teaspoons of honey in with it. MIX IT VERY WELL.. don't leave any chunks of avocado in it, make it smooth. Put it all over your hair and scalp, then put a plastic cap over your head and leave it on for an hour or so, then wash it out with a moisturizing shampoo. This will make your hair super soft and shiny. It lasts fr a couple weeks.

Mayonaise for dry hair. Apply a generous amount, wait 15-20 minutes and rinse out. Wash as normal.

Olive Oil - again apply a generous amount. Rinse well after 15-20 mins and wash as normal.

Treats dry hair the best.

I use a mayo in my hair.

For super smooth and touchable hair....I put mayo all over my hair. Make sure you get every hair on your head, and work it through with your fingers. Then wrap it in saran-wrap. It's best if you go out into the sun for about 20 minutes, then un wrap and wash out. Blow dry it, or let it dry naturally. It leaves my hair so georgeous!

I do this once a week, usually on Saturday before I go out.

If you have skim milk, try setting your hair with it ... the curls hold better after the curls dry. If you have 'dry hair' try coating your hair with mayonnaise, wrap it in a towel and let it sit for half an hour ... take the towel off and wash ... your hair will look 'extra good' and it will also 'hold curls' better for some reason (but not as well as the skim milk) ...

Before I shampoo my hair I mix together some extra virgin olive oil, honey, and some conditioner in my hair for an hour. I rinse it out and my hair is extremely soft, manageable and shiny. It works well for me and I have coarse hair.

Mayonaise is a great gloss builder. Apply it to damp hair and let it sit for 5 minutes. Avoid your roots and THROUGHLY wash out with shampoo.
