don't you find it refreshing when questions like these are asked, how all the soulless cowards on yahoo take to answer?
is there a large population of portuguese and brazileiros in mass?
you know how it is? where ever these racist cops find a loop they will go for those that are at the bottom...
in jersey where i work, the state police has field days with african american and hispanic men...we represent so many civil right cases...
but i must say, that there are a few honorable officers who are putting their necks on the line in jersey to stand up against this crap...we also represent several of them...
i think this problem goes on everywhere in this country...
sad thing...

They don't, they use probable cause to detain persons, regardless of their ethnicity or country of origin.
