That is just a myth my dad is a cop and I know plenty of women cops and they are all happily married. I only know one lesbian cop and its not because she is a cop

Percentage-wise, a myth. Many women officers understand that for some male officers, having a female invade their sacred territory requires a lot of defensive locker-room palaver about 'butch' and 'lezzie'...until they find out the woman officer is either 100% straight & dating or married with children. I've known many police couples--and sometimes the husband winds up stuck in a lower rank while the missus makes captain. Ooops! One thing a woman officer won't do, however, is date a defense attorney.

No that is not true. All Female Police Officers, I know are married and have great Respect for the Male Police Officer. They work together as a team. Female Police Officers can endure even the worse criminal and the worse are the women drunks. Not nice at all.

i would think that they are professional and probably work harder to act professional to overcome steroetypes such as this. sometimes people just have a natural affinity or even dislike for other people. i would expect a male or female officer to do their job and gender not to be an issue.

Most are, and I have seen some beautiful women who are cops, but some could play linebacker for the Patriots and are worse looking!
I think most are heterosexual, though I don't really care. I have never asked one!

No, the ones who commit sexual sins tend to partner with their male partners on the force, married or not.

Yes, being a cop makes them more masculine thereby giving them a chance of being lesbian.
