First, learn to be a better eater. Your picky eating is very likely to be responsible for your weight problems.

So, get over it.

You're 13 and you don't have time to exercise?

Get over that too.

Eat fewer refined foods and more whole foods. A diet rich in fruits and vegetables, and not covered in corn syrup and not sitting on top of pancakes will support an improved metabolism as well as an improved insulin response.

Further incentive: Diabetes is the #1 cause of amputation in the US. 250 people loose a limb each day due to the effects of diabetes and if you think that's only happening to "old people" you're wrong.

Good luck! You can do it if you really want to.

Well, one way is to watch what you are eating, everyday make a list of what you ate and how much calories, fat, trans fat there is. Try to make your calories as low as possible, but don't overeat or not eat at all. Eat enough that your full and happy. Also, don't drink too sugary drinks like orange juice. If you want to shed some pounds faster, try to just walk for at least a half an hour every day. I think the main thing is to just watch your calories, and just step on the scale every night. Record every single night how much your losing per 24 hours. Don't freak out if you gained some pounds, keep on going with that routine. Hope that helps a bit xD

Forget losing that much weight quickly. Losing anything more than 2/3lbs a week is very risky to your health. You should plan your weight loss over 9 months, maybe longer. A sensible diet and 30 minutes exercise a day would be a good start.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If you want to lose that much weight healthily, your best bet would be seeing a personal trainer. Your doctor may also have some good suggestions for you. I don't know anything about you and your body type, but make sure you're doing it for the right reasons - health, and not because you think you're fat. Above all, don't do anything extreme like starving yourself and compulsively exercising.

60-80 pounds takes time, but your young enough that exercise will really boost your metabolism into overdrive.

eat several small small meals a day. run run run. slow slow jog almost a walk will build your cardio and endurance. you wont make it if you go from nothing to trying to sprint. make time to excersice. hell you must have some extra time to be eating all that food to need to lose 80 lbs. theres no easy way to lose weight. you gotta work for it. period

dont starve yourself. it turns your metabolism into freak out mode, and it will store everything you eat as fat because its thinking you wont get another meal soon. and dont eat anything past 7pm. drink only water, not gator ade or power ade or soda. water.

Cut out sugar, fried food, fast food, drink lots of water, and exercise! A good brisk walk for 30 minutes is great exercise. Work up to 30 minutes gradually. And the longer you go , the better. Other great exercises are: swimming, treadmill, bike, jumping rope. Only eat when you're hungry, not bored. If you're about to cheat, go brush your teeth. WILLPOWER, kiddo!! You can do it!! Lotsa fruits and veggies. :)

if you can go with your parents to the gym, count how many calories you consume in a day and then go burn that much in the gym. you could join a sports team, or see if your parents will help you pay for a personal trainer. you need to make time for exercising, you cant just starve yourself to loose the weight, because once you start eating again it will all pack back on faster than you got rid of it. if you want to get rid of fat, you have to burn it off.

You're 13, how can you not have a lot of time to exercise? Step away from the keyboard, and go for a walk.

Eat smart-- low fat, low sugar, lots of fruits & veggies. Stay away from sodas, drink plenty of water.

But, if you want to lose weight, you're going to have to do something to burn calories. Walk, swim, bike, whatever-- just move!
