What do guys do to girls (women) when they are attracted to them or think they are cute? I'll give you an example of what has been happening to me.
This guy at work has given me a nickname. He uses it all the time and no one else at work has done that.
And this is only one example of many that I could give you. Please help!! I am trying to find out if this guy likes me.

If a guy likes you, he tries to look at you but then quick looks away for fear you might catch him in mid-flirt. If a guy likes you, his voice goes up about an octave when he says hi to you.

He could be trying to demean you with a nickname that was unasked for. Does he flirt also? That is the best clue. Is he friendly with "overtones"?
