cut them up first before you cook them. Put them in a cooking dish and cook them until they are almost done. Then drain the juices and smother them with BBQ sauce. Let it cook another 30 to 45 min.

Cut them up into good portion sizes - 4-5 ribs is usually good. Rub them well (don't just dust, rub that meat!) with Kosher Salt, Ground Black Pepper, and Old Bay (or similar).
Let sit in the fridge for about an hour.
Grill off of the coals for about 20-30 minutes each side, but use your judgment - they're not catching a plane. Then, apply barbecue sauce on the meaty side and grill over high heat for 5-10 minutes until nicely glazed.
I'm not a sauce gourmand, but "Sweet Baby Rays" is really good on ribs.

You have to try this recipe!!! The meat will fall off the bone, they are wonderful!!!
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds pork baby back ribs
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
DIRECTIONS
Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil big enough to enclose each portion of ribs. Spray each piece of foil with vegetable cooking spray. Brush the ribs liberally with barbeque sauce and place each portion in its own piece of foil. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Bake ribs wrapped tightly in the foil at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from foil and add more sauce, if desired.

This is one we drag the smoker out for......Sprinkle ribs with your favorite dry rub, wrap in plastic wrap & refridgerate overnight. Prepare smoker, using apple, peach or even cherry wood. Spritz ribs well with apple cider or beer, then place on smoker. Turn occasionally, misting with liquid as needed. Smoke for 8 - 10 hours, you can tell when done - they will give when lifted with the tongs. We serve with traditional southern sides such as baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salad or cucumber salad.....Chilled watermelon for dessert - Enjoy!!

Boil ribs until almost tender; put ribs on a hot bar-b-que grill and baste with your favorite sauce until well glazed.
