The expiration date is usually good for up to a week after the last date on the jug/carton. If does not smell bad or look lumpy; then it is ok to drink. Then on the other hand:
When in doubt; throw it out. You can go purchase another bottle of chocolate milk if you want to have some chocolate milk.

Yes, you can. The expiration date on the milk is the date that it has to be sold in the stores by....so it is probably good for atleast 3-4 more days. Go for it!

Yes, you can still drink it. June 7th is just a rough estimate. It is still good for 2 or 3 days after.

Experation dates are usually just suggestive. I've had milk that said it expired on the 10th was bad by the 5th. Or milk that went a week after the date. Just smell it, if it smells fine, then taste a bit, if it tastes good, drink it. You will know if it is bad.

It doesn't expire. That's just a suggestion of when the store has to stop selling it. I drink milk a week passed the date.

Yes it should be good for another 7 days after the expiration date (if it hasn't been opened already). That is why stores are able to sell products on the day they expire.

As long as it still smells alright, you're fine. They build a little safety cushion in to the expiration date.
Just make sure you take a quick sniff before drinking. If you can discern nothing bad, you should be perfectly fine. ENJOY!

Most milk dates say Sell By: Which means you can still drink it afterwards. From experiance though, it tends to have a smell by then.
