I am going to camp in three days and I really want to loose 15 pounds because I think it will make my stomach look better but how do I do that and keep it off? I think that I eat pretty healthy and I do work out some but I have a slow matabolism so how do I loose any weight that fast without cutting off my leg or not eating at all?

If you eat healthy and work out frequently--that is what you do to stay healthy. Hard to say (without knowing your numbers) if you are overweight or not but check this site out

dont do anything to risky..somhow i doubt u can lose 15 pounds in 3 days maybe 5 depending on u. but i think if u r worried about your stomach ( i have the same problem) just go swimming every once and a while ( it really helps) also if u can u can do palaties.. it really works but i dont think you should focuse on lossing weight but becoming toned!

sorry but it's impossible to loose 15 pounds in 3 days even if you don't eat at all and exercise.

yeah, its impossible to do. maybe if you would have started 3weeks ago, but even then it might still be risky.
All i can say is, don't eat as much. dont eat past 9. you could try 100 cunches in morning,afternoon, and evening.
It would help and then if you continue doing it youll look great soon=]

Well, i will give you my opinion because it works for me!... I did not loose 15 but I loose 8-10 pounds. In that three day, eat grapes in every breakfast, later a snack, later a cup of cereal, later a snack and for dinner a fruit. Prefer for snack liquid. and don't do a lot of exercise because you will be very weak. just walk 30 minutes each day. GOOD LUCK!

Dont be stupid, the only way you can lose 15lbs in 3 days is to cut your leg off.
