this is for my P.E. project. (3 meals and a snack please) ^.^ thank you.

I'm not going to do your homework for you. Look on the internet, there are many ideas. Yahoo Answers should not be a place to have others do all the work for you.

Like you, there are many fruits and veggies I dont like, either because of texture or taste and my Doctors advice was > Eat lots of what you do like and enjoy them. Eating should be a pleasant experience and as an example, I find eating 2 tomatoes more enjoyable than a tomato and a plum (yukk) and get the same benefits! There are no health benefits to eating lots of different vegetables. It's quantity not variety that matters. Try to have a mixture of root, leaf and legumes(peas, beans etc) as well as the fruits you do like and try eating them in different ways. I don't like cooked cabbage for example but I do like it raw which is healthier anyway. Make a salad from your favourites and serve alongside your main meal! Good luck and stay not just healthy but happy!

3 meals a day and a snack is not enough for a healthy person - you have to eat every 2-3 hours to have enough energy when your body needs it and not have eny extra left to store in fat reserves
breakfast - old fashioned oatmeal with flax seeds and egg whites, coffee with milk
snack - 60cal pudding with Kashi Heart to Heart cereal
lunch - salad made out of spinach, grape tomatoes, red peppers, cucumbers, broccoli, artichok hearts, walnuts, grilled chicken and balsamic vinegar with a bit of olive oil
snack - fruit salad (orange, grapes, strawberries, pear, apple, pineapple, a bit of honey)
dinner - steamed veggies (eggplant, asparagus, onions, broccoli) with lean meat
snack - baby carrots
