we had a hard run for cross country today and i realize how my mind set is so messed up. i can't get myself to run as hard as i can it's like...i'm not motivated, but i really want to run fast (if that makes any sense). what can i do to change this?

You're basically telling us YOU 'can't' Your letting your mind get to you. Decide to be tough. Decide to run hard. Decide to kick butt. It's that easy. Visualize and believe.
