No.
Chocolate CAN be harmful to dogs, but it would take a large quantity of MILK chocolate to be harmful. Milk chocolate is watered down with milk, sugar, and other product, and doesn't have as much cocoa bean extract as, say, dark chocolate.
One or two, or three chocolate chips won't hurt your dog. Heck, the whole bag probably wouldn't be harmful. Except, eating the whole bag at once may give Fido a tummy ache. ;)

The blackberries will not harm your dog. As to the chocolate, try not to feed her any or let her have any at all. Dogs, like people, differ in the ability to withstand certain foods and may be intolerant to other types. I have a miniature Pincher mix and as soon as she smells chocolate, she backs away. So, at your dog's weight and amount she ate, she will probably be alright, just keep an eye on her. A side note: raisins in any form are very toxic to all dogs. Even a few can cause serious liver problems and even death.

A chocolate chip? ONE chocolate chip? no lol she'll be fine. My dog was stupid enough to eat an entire bowl of chocolate and the worst that happened was his poop was covered in tin foil.

No, she will be fine. Not to worry. Unless the chip is a Kiss size. Then it would make her not feel so good, but still nothing to rush her to the emergency room for.
My Min Pin ate an entire Hershey bar. She stole it out of my sister-in-laws purse! She never even got sick from it.
Just remember, the darker the chocolate, the more toxic it is. ☺

Even a handful of chocolate chips won't hurt the dog. You would have to worry about a whole pan of brownies or baking chocolate. Don't worry about one chip...

Probably not, amount is small, but please keep chocolate candy, cookies, etc. put away up high or in a cabinet where the dog can't get it. Don't leave things like that lying around as they can be deadly if eaten in larger amounts.
