NO ONE can guarantee you the size of any dog, period.

Did you know that 2 miniature (11 pounds or under) Dachshunds can throw off a Standard (up to 30 pounds full-grown) Dachshund puppy?

Any breeder that thinks they can guarantee you a puppy's adult size=RED FLAG.

And to the reply below mine- Registry does NOT guarantee a quality puppy. Any purebred dog can be registered. What is behind the pedigree, the genetics, and the quality of the dogs in the pedigree matter. Registration means NOTHING.

She must be a BYBer. There should be consistancy in the weight with in a litter of quality dogs. When the weight varies that much there is out crossing. In other words she is selling pet quality pups. Registry papers or not it is still a pet quality pup.

$600 is alot of money for just a pet quality pup.

A quality dog (pup) comes with Pedigree & registry Papers.

That's not bad but they should be able to give you a better idea on the size. don't look at teh parents as it really goes back 2-3 generations.
but not a bad price if truly that small
Also check on health problems
that is fairly cheap
