on my vocal chords,(they're like caluses on the throat) how do you get rid of them?

Stop talking for two weeks. Gargle scalding tea followed by frozen margaritas. Breathe underwater.

These things are a little bit of a mystery. The choices are usually resting your voice and waiting, or surgery if resting doesn't improve the situation. You could schedule a visit to an otolaryngologist who can look at your vocal cords with a scope.

of course you have nodes...lymph nodes..everyone has those....you might have a throat infection (swollen nodes) try garlging with salt water, vinegar or lemon. see if it lessens
