I'll share what works for me.
I had panic attacks for over a year and I was eventually kicked out of the military for it. The docs had me on Ativan for when they were real bad and vallium the rest of the time, yet they still persisted. Also, I had bad acid reflux with my IBS.
What I have found works for both is my diet. I stay very low Carbohydrate. And NO I repeat No Sugar. I don't have the panic attack at all, ok when I cheat and have some sugar I have had them, but I knew what was causing it and it was my bad. It helped with the acid reflux and IBS too. Also using an extra pillow can help keep the acid down at night.
I am not on an medication for the panic attack or AR anymore and things are so much better.
Take a look at what you eat. If most of the stuff you are eating is high on the glycemic index (past, potatoes, white flour, sugar, soda, tortillas, refried beans, ect.) it will cause your body to release too much insilun. Insulin causes your blood sugar to drop if you are sensitive to this it can drop fast or too much (that wonderful crash after too many sweets). Your body tries to always keep balance so to regulate the blood it releases adrenaline to bring blood sugar back up. Sometimes it goes a bit overboard and adrenaline is what sets off that fight or flight mode. To those like me that is the panic attack, it gets ugly then.
If you stop the vast chages in blood sugar and keep it level the adrenal glands don't need to step in and douse your body in adrenaline causing the panic attacks. So eat more protien and fat (not trans fat ever) but fat is not any ugly word and cut out the simple carbs.
Well, that's what helped me it might help you too.

There is a good artical at this URl that explain a little better than I:

Then speak in your boss. I could believe that is included to demise in identical "__________" lectures that I have sat by way of, and where you need to have additionally. I can most effective think that the numbers are in opposition to you, as are pagans, and so on. Also persons take Christian vacations as simply time, now not devout, Jewish persons are deeper and "it" method some thing, which makes persons that do not train their religion uncomfortable. (I generalized, of path there might be dangerous Jews, however I certainly not heard of then.) People get very uncomfortable round bible wearing born once more Christians too, for equivalent causes. The core flooring, (Or on the slight sinning degree I'm at) you'll have all vacations talked approximately, and brought as a Friday as soon as a month occasion to upgrade corporation morale. Once a month overview the distinct vacations and experience them. That's what they do at faculties to instruct youngsters the tradition of in which they are living and approximately America. I think a lot of times, certain things help for certain people, but they may not be universal. Acid reflux for instance: some people are irritated by certain things, but remedies may not work for every person. Maybe they should share what works, but also there may just be some trial and error because not everyone responds the same way to everything

everything doesn't work the same on everybody.. some people expect cures with simple remedies, when all you get is a little control of the situation...
You can't put a bandaid on something with a pill or whatever... you need to go to the source of the problem and start there...

SOME PEOPLE WON'T SHARE BECAUSE THEY 'RE SELFISH AND SOME REALLY DON'T KNOW OR THEY'RE AFRAID IF SOMETHING WORKS FOR THEM AND NOT YOU THAT YOU MIGHT THINK THEY'RE SPOOFING YOU. TUMS/ ROLAIDS WORK FOR ME BUT I DON'T HAVE CHRONIC ACID REFLUX OR HEARTBURN. YOU MAY NEED A PRESCRIIPTION. I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT APPLES AND AS FOR ANXIETY OR PANIC ATTACKS IF IT WERE ME I WOULD SEEK PROFESSONAL ADVICE.
