I have a day care in my home and one of the families I work with removed their child from my care to enroll her in the private school they had been on the waiting list for. Yay, good for them. The child was a terror, loved her, but a complete terror. And the mother was completely inconsiderate and pushed my policies to the absolute limit, especially the health policy. She was always bringing her child when she was sick, even to the point of everyone in the day care, including myself, getting the flu. I called her yesterday to see how the new school was going and she said they had been home sick 3 days within the last two weeks. It was all I could do not to laugh and tell her "What goes around, comes around". Isn't it great?! I'm sorry the child has been sick, but I feel like this mom as gotten what she deserves. So let's hear 'em, what are some good "what goes around, comes around"s that you just laughed out loud about!?! Have fun with this!

Thats a good one. umm.. lets see, i have a gew. A few years ago, there was this girl in my class, she was extremely preppy, complete snob, and just thought she was better than everyone else and she could do no wrong and made no mistakes. & she insisted on pointing out everyone elses. Well a girl that was not as popular ( but much nicer) fell while diving for the ball in our volley ball game and missed. she was on little miss "perfections" team and shes like oh my god can't you even hit the ball, rolled her eyes, criticized ect. We'll while doing this she wasn't paying attention to the game and the volley ball hit her right in the face!! lol it was priceless!! Another time a popular guy in our school was flirting with a girl, just acting all cool and smooth and he was leaning back in his chair talking to her and he was using dumb pick up lines ect and the girl was just grossed out becuase he was saying inappropriate things and she was very prim proper and religous ( but he didn't know becuase she was a new girl) and the chair fell back and he fell right on his behind! lol everyone turned around looked at him. He wasn't so popular for the rest of the day, well ppl were joking aroung with him becuase of it. Also a very popular girl holding her head up high, giving looks to guys ect wasn't paying attenton and walked right into a wall! lol she wasn't hurt , just upset but it was once again priceless.

That's cool. We have a Family Day Care as well, and it's a pain in the butt when parents don't take policies seriously. I don't know their situation, but I would be sensitive to financial situations... sometimes the parents really can't afford to keep the kids home. Not an excuse, your other students and staff shouldn't suffer, just a sensitivity.

I agree. I was wronged by my previous employer so I created a blog site for me to get out my anger...check it out www.sweetpeasucks.blogspot.com
I try to make sure all the other previous employees that were wronged know about it and I have gotten a few comments...would love to hear yours.
