O.k. I'm 5' 7'' and I weigh 115.. someone told me I should weigh 125-135... I'm not rail thin, I'm toned, but that just doesn't seem right?!?! I mean that wouldn't be overweight, but they said I was way under weight?!?!

bytheway... I'm not attention craving or looking for people to tell me I'm skinny, I just want to know if I need to gain weight... this is the 1st person to tell me this.

If it is lower than I should be, than what weight should I be, and what are someways to get there... I mean I'm muscular so i don't want to lose that.

If you est and feel healthy than you are probably fine. Yes on average, you skinnier than you should be. It might be a bone mass problem, or something like that. It also depends on your age. If you are 25 or younger, you metabolism is much higher therefore, you loose weight a lot easier. It's different for many people. You might even have very high metabolism. Just keep an eye on your weight, if you start to loose weight, I would go to see a doctor to check this out.

That weight is fine. It may be under weight but its ok. Just dont get any skinnier. You would be still healthy if you were too way 125-135. I guess you are pretty skinny, but if your toned and healthy, its just your body type.

Yes you are a bit, but how young are you? Age matters a lot.

If you are still a teen, you are still filling out and it doesnt matter much. That is normal range. But by 20 if you haven't gained a lil more you will be underweight.
