I am the same way. Whenever I am alone I am very, very depressed. Depression can cause other symptoms though
Lack of sleep or trouble sleeping
weight loss or gain
feelings or guilt or worthlessness
Has there been something traumatic that has happened to you? I suggest going to your primary care doctor if this continues for over two weeks. They may try medication or therapy. If you exercise that usually helps out with depression a lot. I wish you success I've been depressed now for a year and a half and it's not easy to go through

God loves you, and you are precious to Him. There is no need of depression or suicide at all. Life can be beautiful if connected with our loving God who created us in the first place. Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation, and qualifying us to Heaven. Just come to Him with sincere repentance and faith, and your life will have joy, peace, hope and meaning. Never, never, miss Heaven for anything in this troubled world. Best wishes for happiness and Heaven!

You may actually be bipolar. The general definition of bipolar is that its a mood disorder that is characterized by episodes of abnormally high mood (mania) and abnormally low mood (depression).
There are two different types of bipolar disorder. There is type I which is the most severe type. It can be characterized by at least one episode of mania and one episode of major depression.
Then type II is which the manic phase is less extreme than it is in bipolar I and is referred to as hypomania rather than mania.

However, you need to be diagnosed by a licensed therapist. One thing you can do to help yourself is to seek therapy.

Good luck :o)
