There is no line to get in its a barrel full of applications from people that have done it legaly have a legal right to be here and paid for process but the INS never looks at the applications. Applications can only be completed if there is a legal claim otherwise how do the forms get filled in, the INS has an unlimited wait time designed to out way peoples lives.

You have about 12-13 million illegals that actually have a right to be here but have become overstays on the visa requirement due to excessive time frames to process their applications.

The system over time turns applicants from illegal to illegal status from inhumane time frames so at least do away with the overstay status or grant amnesty overstay wavers when an application is in process for 1st and 2nd priority applicants which are the sons daughters of American citizens and green card holders.

Actually, it's 12 million reasons Amnesty doesn't work. That's the number of illegals who've come here (and stayed) since the last Amnesty in '86.

No ! Why should I offer some Illegal criminal that has broken into my home (country USA) and expects me to take care of them I.E.speak their laguage(not english ) remember they broke into your home is eatting and drinking and having free medical, if no insurance no problem our medical care which is at collapsing state because to many are taking and not giving back (sending money to family members outside of USA)to support their poor Country.Go back and take care of their own country. Our prison system is filled with criminals i.e. gangbangers, sex preditors ,etc Will also get amnesty I Think NOT Why do I want to give a criminal or again Illegal (a criminal) to have free reign of my home HELL NO!

All I see is 12 million reasons to give the illegals a set time to get out, and then a license, tag, bag limit, and season on them.

He can kiss my a s s. I've got 12 million reasons why they should all be deported and get in line to do it legally. These politicians make me sick. How dare they care more about illegal aliens than US citizens who pay taxes.
