You didn't eat nearly enough... and you didn't get nearly enough protein! I understand not wanting to gain weight or wanting to lose weight but if you don't eat enough protein, your going to eat away at muscle tissue which will slow your metabolism. Stick with fruits, veggies, lean protein and limited carbs/fats/sweets.

i see you have asked a lot of questions about what you eat... honestly it is never healthy to skip a meal.. everybody looses weight differently something i have seen to be successful is eating small meals many times a day as it keeps your metabolism working. breakfast could be toast with a cup of fruit a snack can be an ounce of almonds or a slice of bread with peanut butter or steamed/fresh vegetables. go on line to find the best fit plan for your body type and desired outcome.. from the list of what you ate you need more protein

First off you still need to make sure that your body gets anough food. Eating healthy is a great way to lose weight. if you put healthy eating and exercise together you will lose weight in no time. Unlike me who needs to gain weight.

Its okay, but not a balanced diet. You need more fruits, vegies and protein. You may or may not lose weight. Its not healthy though in my opinion.

i dont think you ate enough for one and secondly you ate too much carbs..wheres the protien? why no lunch? thats starving the body making it cling to food you eat later which will make you gain weight

it was all healthy xcept for the lunch. u also have to do excersise and if u do excersise eat more...but yea it was a ll healthy.
