I would definitely have to say Botan, the beautiful blue haired Grim Reaper from the Yu Yu Hakusho anime series.
In the show, she's not anything like her job title stereotypes. She's basically the Grim Reaper, who descends upon the Earth to transport lost souls (mainly of the recently deceased) to a place that'll determine whether they're destined to Heaven or Hell. But she's a beautiful woman with dull blue hair. And instead of a scythe, she simply as an oar, which she uses to fly around on.
Botan is one of those sweet, yet clumsy girls. Slapstick comedy of sorts, but you fall in love with her charm. Never afraid to speak her mind if you step out of line with her, but it's so hard to stay angry at her. Lovable, beautiful, and comedic to wit, she's the kind of woman I could imagine spending the rest of my life with if she were real, even if she is the Grim Reaper!

Daphne of Scooby Doo is hot and she was played by Buffy in the movie ...pant pant, but the cartoon Daphne is too vain & shallow
Judy Jetson is a fine specimen but too young & ditzy

I did last night when I randomly found him on Facebook. I used to have a crush on him about 5 years ago and had forgotten he existed until yesterday. Damn, he's looking hotter than ever! But he's unobtainable as we live several countries apart. Boo hoo!
