I am fully aware that my metabolism is high, but I really want to gain weight and can't. I eat a lot, i don't EXCERCISE [i know that makes me sound lazy haha] and i still can't gain a single pound, or OUNCE!. Does anyone know what i can do to gain some weight?!

You must be honest with yourself and disciplined enough to keep an accurate record of all the calories placed in your body AND all of the ways in which you lose calories throughout the day, AND how those calories made you feel (slugish, tired, energized, etc).

AND you must do this for 8-14 days to get an accurate representation of your caloric needs.

Then you must drastically increase this by 1000 calories per day WHILE not increasing calories burned....


I suggest a high calorie breakfast
snacks
A high calorie lunch
snacks
A high calorie dinner
snacks

That's basically six meals
and drink ONE GALLON of WATER/ day...

Dehydration is also a factor in weight gain (or loss).

Eat more frequently and increase the calories. Drink Whole milk and full fat cheese. If you have a 2000 calorie diet increase it to 2500 then 3000 if you still feel too thin. You can also check out MyPyramid.gov for guidelines on the appropriate weight for your body type as well as food advice.

You should drink ENSUREplus shakes. I used to be anorexic and to gain weight I drank Ensure shakes. they also have load of vitamins that your body needs. They work really good. They come in a couple different flavors and the best thing is they don't even taste like vitamins!

well u probably dont wana gain a whole lot of nasty fat...but muscle and a little bit of fat.
so i suggest u eat things high in protein like meat, protein bars, protein shakes, and also oatmeal makes u gain weight!
those things r healthier and will make u gain weight FORSURE!
