Coming from a girl, I'm sort of shy when I like a guy. I flirt back if he starts it, but I'm usually don't flirt with a guy I like unless I can tell he wants to. I'm usually more quite, but I smile a lot when he says something to me. A lot of times I make sure that he has a good "view" of me. When you talk to the girl you like, you should be able to tell if she likes it or not. If you smile at her and she does not smile back, that's a sign also that she might not like you. There is no certain way to know really. I know thats a sucky answer, but it's true. People deal with situtaions differently, therefore, it will be difficult to know waht is going through someone's head. Some key signs to look for is if she likes to be around you, she looks at you often, playfully touchs you, gets shy around you (which may lead to her staying away from you or becoming easily embarassed).
It is a hard think to tell if someone is interested. You sort of have to know the person and their personality to really know for sure.
