I'm french,and I 'm living in France, but RVOU812 tried to steal my EBAY session, for stealing the money of my customers.
RVOU is a robber, he lives in the United States!

Ok, I am guessing he tried to phish people you had sold to and tried to get them to send him the money instead of you. Be sure to report him to Ebay as well.

If you have a problem with another ebayer, you should contact ebay for help.
1) Make sure you are clear on what exactly the problem is (what do you mean by "fishing"?)
2) how did he try to steal your "session"?
3) when did he try to do this?
4) what auctions were affected?
5) save any kind of communication you may have had with him.
Simply stating another ebayer is "stealing your session" makes absolutely no sense and would be considered defamatory unless you can show some kind of proof or documentation; otherwise, don't expect ebay to take action for amounts to a little spat.
