3 John 1:11
Dear friend, do not imitate what is evil but what is good. Anyone who does what is good is from God. Anyone who does what is evil has not seen God.
Those who are saved in Him should imitate what is GOOD- and Good is hard to distinguish with the world, for the world will view good as evil and evil as good- but those who are walking with the Lord are given spiritual discernment-- to know what is of God and what is not.
We are saved by His wonderful grace! (Ephesians 2:8) And the goodness in us is from Him. We should always imitate Him!

Everytime I look into the face of my sons I know just how wonderful and good God is. With each answer to prayer, whether I like it or not, I realize how good God is. When I think of him sacrificing His own Son in behalf of you and me and everyone who doesn't accept Him, I realize how good God is. There will a time when every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is the Christ. Thank God for his mercy and love he extends to us all time and time and time again.

I haven't seen a whole lot of evidence that God is "good".
Actually, I'm blanking on anything good that God does in the Bible. Maybe saving Noah, but that involved planetary genocide. Can anyone list one?

the "bible" is religious BS.

If God is all good, then He cannot be all powerful.
Terrible events happen that take innocent life. If God is all good, He would not allow these terrible things to happen. But they do happen! So,maybe He's not all powerful and can't stop these terrible things.
If He is all powerful and chooses not to stop these events, then He is not all good.
Can't have it both ways!

Easiest way to prove that God exists, what you call good is to prove the devil exists...
There is a whole new dark side to truth used by immorals to promote wrongs as rights....they have deceived the world as religion says they would...
Easy to prove the devil exists....
Correct your dictionaries....truth can lie when it is part of a greater truth.

I believe that soon the world will not tolerate good. Soon the church will suffer true persecution from the world for proclaiming the name of Christ.

Romans 3:23 says for all have sinned...just because you are a Christian does not mean you will no longer sin..
There are many good and Godly people who do some pretty awful things...
Your logic is flawed.
