Me.
I am more powerful than a being which does not exist, so I am more powerful than this myth you call 'God'.
I am more evil than a being which does not exist, so I am more evil than this myth you call 'Satan'.
(the line should be -- Rich people need it, btw).
I am needed by rich people because I have a down-to-earth view of the world and can anchor them from becoming lost in their wealth.
I am needed by the poor because charity requires hands to work it.
If I were to eat myself, at some point I would do sufficient damage to myself that I'd be dead.
So... answer?

Poor people have it? diseases
