i'll be starting a new diet regimine tommorrow and i would like a new exercise regimine,too. i alredy run every day so i'm good with cardio. what i want is a BIG BUBBLE BUTT. can any one give me a good long intense butt routine that will give me drastic results?and how many reps do i do?when will i see results?
also i want FLAT SLEEK abs. not the big bulky kind that stick out. what kind of ab moves can u offer?

Why don't you make it a resolution to have a "Year-Round Body"? You body and your local exercise studio will appreciate it. Personally I love Pilates. It keeps the muscles long and stretched, and it is not overly strenuous. That said, you have to make a commitment to the practice.

If your a guy, I dont recommend getting the Big Bubble Butt... Its just my opinion, but let the girls have the bootys.

i do lots of crunches for the abs. and i do butt lifts. google some fitness sites. there are lots out there. also check out shape magazine and GLUTES magazine for this month. there are some great workouts in there.
