I am buying photoshop for my company, I found a couple of websites that sell photoshop CS2, but there are a huge price difference. They ones that sell the upgrade version is only asking for $200, while the ones that sell the full version ask for $400 to $600. What's the difference? Do I have to buy the full version first and then get the upgrade version? I'm really lost...

An upgrade version enables you to upgrade from an old to a newer version. It is usually less costly. Often the data file locations are carried over with the upgrade too.

If you try to install an upgrade version but do not have a previous version already installed it will not install.

This is common to most all software, not just Photo Shop

The universal photoshop is extra greater and has extra advantageous factors. because of the fact of its advancements, adobe made an photoshop factors it quite is far less annoying to apply with much less applications. With the pupil version, all you desire is info which you're a pupil (they are going to look you up and discover your age) and you gets it for extra value-effective. i propose the universal.

This is basic.

An upgrade is when you had the last verison.
They are willing to let you pay less for using their product.

A full is you never had the last verison.
They make you pay more for that.

P.S.: I love Adobe.
