someone can overdose on oxycodone without necessarily dying, of course. If the person is able to stay awake that is a good sign. If the person is incoherent or unable to stand up, seek medical help, 911. Usually the peek levels only last for an hour or so and then they should start feeling better. But if they have taken time release oxycontin, then it may get even stronger and perhaps if you are worried should seek help. Small pupils and trouble brething, extremem tiredness, and vomitting are some pretty good signs.
