...should you wash your hair? apparantly washing it everyday aint good for ur hair....so like would every 2 days be ok?
what about really long hair??

yeah i have really long hair..like up to my waist..n it dus get quite oily...

I like to wash mine every 3 days. The length of your hair really doesnt matter. You just dont want the top to look oily. It all depends on how your hair looks.

When my hair was longer I could go 4 - 5 days without washing it, because it was full of body. However now its short and goes flat if I dont wash every 3 days. It all depends on your hair.

The reason it isn't good to wash your hair everyday is because you strip away important oils and nutrients from the scalp. Long hair should be washed about every three days or so. Make sure you dry your hair before you put it up otherwise you can create sore spots on your scalp.

Also make sure you don't wash your hair in extremely hot water. That is part of what damages hair so badly. Wash your hair in 'warm' water. Also make sure you use the appropriate hair treatments for your type of hair (oily, dry, etc) If you don't have oily hair you shouldn't be washing it with a solution intended for that because it will strip your hair.

I have to wash mine every 3 days, but that is because I have pink in my hair and the more I wash it the more it comes out. When I didn't have the pink in my hair I washed it every 2 days. Your not suppose to wash it everyday. Hope this helps.

i have a very oily scalp so i wash mine every day unless im not going anywhere, then i wash it every other day.

i wash mine every other day and it works wonderfully! it doesnt dry out like when you wash your hair every day
