Remove the quickest there are no healthy ways to quickly loose weight.
I have been answering questions on Answers for 4 months, of the 5,000 I have answered so far about 1000 are just like yours, ' I want something to fix my weight with no effort from me.'
There is now overwhelming evidence that both fad diets and pills in 2 out of 3 dieters ultimately end up with weight GAIN.
It appears that if you don't combine good diet with modest calorie reduction, with regular vigorous exercise you will not succeed in sustained weight loss. No fixes, no easy ways out, you must get off the couch!
At sometime I am just going to have to grit my teeth and just leave these totally repetitive and boring weight questions alone, but somehow I keep thinking, probably foolishly, that if we keep repeating the same mantra- less in more out-less in more out, that the world will twig the general idea that this is the only option. The reason everyone is just getting fatter is they think like you, I can keep eating junk, use my remote control for the TV and someone will just give me a magic pill or a diet where I can eat everything I want anyway and the next day I will wake up thin. Keep hoping pal, its not going to happen!!!

DEHYDRATION. EXERCISE DEHYDRATION Losing your fork! DEHYDRATION.......
However... these are NOT good for your health! Your health is what matters. The best idea is to drop:
bread
cereal
potatos and rice from your diet. Drink only water (and 2 cups of morning tea or coffee) WHEN you are thirsty.
Stop all sugars and soft drinks and drink 1 or 2 % milk.
Skip the pasta and the pizza. Put down the salt shaker... it's NOT your friend. Forget potato chips and Chinese-Mexican-Any Fast Food! They hate you!
THEN... when you've dropped all the water weight... start with SALAD and vegetables. Add about four ounces of meat or other protein a day. Find out about about herbs like garlic and cilanto and oregano... and tease your way back into FUN eating.
Eating is good for us! We need it. Find out about the Food Pyramid and use it. If you are over hungry...drink a full glass of water or two before you have your meal or snack. Our stomaches have bad habits... but we don't have to!!! Best of luck, Gina C.

One gram of protein per one pound of body weight per day. Whey protien. Resistance training at least threee days a week. No soda. No booze. No white flour products. See the new Abs Diet. It codenses many of the body shaping truths I've found phenomenal success with into one book.

quickest - stop eating
safest - low calorie diet with 20-60 minutes of medium intensity excersize, like jogging at a speed that you are breathing heavy.

Don't even try. If you are having no serious health problems then enjoy the life you are having and forget about the weight. Otherwise don't listen to all the pundits - go and see your doctor and find out from one who knows.

Put down your fork. Throw away the cracker boxes and bags of potato chips. Replace sugary sodas with water or a vitamin drink.

Remember the size of your ***hole in relation to your mouth. Sorry, seriously, eat less and exercise more. The more you exercise and the less you eat, the more weight you will loose.
Moreover, unless your are morbidly obese, be happy with the size you are; do things moderately, slow gentle changes always last longer than brief health kicks.
